After a year of working on the thesis this is the final concept for the bike path bollard. The bollard integrated lighting and impact protection.

The Bollard is designed to be compact while still making an impact on the visual landscape. At 25” tall it makes it clear to the cyclist and drivers where the bike path is while not obstructing too much of the view.

The bollard intended to mark the sides of the path clearly. In this view you can see the bollards in day time
